02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped or 1 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Method:
01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
02 - In a small mixing bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
03 - Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Carefully loosen the skin and spread half of the herb butter mixture underneath. Rub the remaining butter over the top and sides of the turkey.
04 - Place the prepared turkey breast skin side up in the air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry for 40 to 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F, checking after 30 minutes. Tent with foil if the surface browns too rapidly.
