# Method:
01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over medium heat. Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.
02 - Gently shake the pot and allow kernels to pop, continuing until popping slows to several seconds between pops.
03 - Transfer warm popcorn to a large bowl. Drizzle with melted unsalted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and sea salt. Toss to distribute evenly.
